Available destinations, shipping options and applicable charges are shown at checkout before payment. Any product-specific shipping information shown before purchase forms part of your order.

Order processing and delivery

Orders require processing before dispatch. Please review any processing and delivery estimates displayed on the product page or at checkout. If no estimate is displayed, contact keymanidlcl965@outlook.com before ordering for current information for your destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays and other circumstances may affect delivery. Any mandatory delivery rights remain unaffected.

Tracking and order issues

When tracking is available, dispatch information will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after a carrier receives a parcel. Orders may arrive in separate packages.
